As Clinical Manager, you’ll lead the clinical care and governance functions of the facility. You'll ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care to residents. Your work will directly support accreditation, clinical risk management, internal auditing, and staff development.

Maintain and champion a values-based, evidence-informed model of care
Drive continuous quality improvement through audits, data analysis, and action plans
Lead internal committees, team meetings, and working groups
Identify and manage clinical risk, incidents, and resident wellbeing concerns
Monitor and report on clinical KPIs and Quality Measures in line with compliance standards
Facilitate ongoing training and clinical development for aged care staff
Oversee and support adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards through coaching and education
Encourage proactive use of incident and risk management systems
Atleast 2 years experience in a similar position
Strong grasp of clinical governance and aged care regulatory requirements
Proven ability to lead quality improvement and conduct root cause analyses
Excellent communication, consultation, and team leadership skills
A positive, collaborative approach to care delivery and team culture
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in a senior aged care nursing or clinical management role
Experience with audits and data analysis (desirable)
Above Award wages + 12.5% Superannuation
